2. Customized Packaging & Printing

Order Confirmation & Payment

  • Orders will only be processed upon full payment.
  • Customers must provide final approval for all designs before printing. Once approved, no changes can be made.

Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines vary based on order size and customization. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • If a product is defective, customers must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the order, along with photographic proof.

3. Truck Dispatching Service

Service Agreement

  • Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their trucks and load preferences.
  • We do not own trucks; we only provide dispatch services to independent truck owners and operators.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the service has not yet been rendered.

Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any accidents, damages, or delays that occur during transport.
  • Clients are solely responsible for maintaining their truck’s compliance with state and federal regulations.

4. Apparel Consultancy

Consultation Services

  • Our consultancy services include business strategies, sourcing guidance, and branding support for apparel businesses.
  • Clients are responsible for implementing the advice provided. We do not guarantee business success.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued for completed consultation sessions.
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a partial refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Unityluxe.
  • Clients may not copy, distribute, or use any of our materials without written consent.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We value your privacy and adhere to GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
  • Personal information collected during transactions is used only for order processing and service improvement.
