At Unityluxe, we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully, as it varies depending on the type of service you have purchased.

1. Customized Packaging & Printing

As our customized packaging and printing services are tailored to each client’s specifications, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will only be issued if there is a defect or an error on our part in printing, sizing, or design that does not match the approved proof.
  • To request a refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, along with clear photos highlighting the issue.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.
  • If an issue is identified, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Customers must return the defective items within 7 days of receiving the product, ensuring they are unused and in their original packaging.

2. Truck Dispatching Service

Our truck dispatching services are based on pre-agreed contracts and service agreements. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are not applicable for services already delivered.
  • If you cancel a service before it begins, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
  • No refunds will be issued for same-day or emergency dispatch requests.

Service Cancellation & Adjustments:

  • If you need to modify or cancel a dispatch service, notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled dispatch to avoid charges.
  • Any fees incurred due to last-minute cancellations will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Apparel Consultancy

We are dedicated to providing expert consultancy for your apparel business. Since our consultancy services involve professional advice and strategic guidance, refunds are subject to strict policies.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will not be issued once a consultation session has been completed.
  • If a client cancels a booked session at least 48 hours in advance, a partial refund may be provided.
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed consultancy service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed.

Return Policy:

  • As this is a service-based offering, there are no physical items to return.
  • If you are unsatisfied with our consultancy, we encourage you to provide feedback, and we will work towards a resolution.

General Terms for All Services:

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Any refund requests must be sent via email or our official customer support channel with the required proof (order details, photos, etc.).
  • Chargebacks and disputes filed without prior communication will result in suspension of services.
